Can I return the products I have received?

You can return the products (only in case the product/book is damaged or have any printing issues) you’ve received from within seven days of delivery. But the product should not be in used condition, otherwise the return would not be accepted.

I received the right product as per my order but I don’t want the product now. Can I return?

The books can only be returned if they are damaged or have missing pages or have any other printing related issue which makes it unusable. In such case, if you haven’t used the product and you’re sending it properly in the original packing, then we would accept the return within 7 days of delivery.

We will refund the order amount only after the quality check of the product received at our warehouse. Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back to us.

What is the duration in which I can return the products?

You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product provided the product is returned in its original packing and has not been used at all.

We will refund the order amount if the products received by the customer are returned back to our office in its original packing.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway payments refund will be made to the same account. It would take at least seven to ten days for the amount to be credited into the customer’s account.

When can I cancel the order?

Cancellation of orders must be done before dispatch of orders at the shipping address of the customer. All refunds would be processed through the same way as the payment was made and would appear in your respective account.
